Sure, if you'll let me count taking out the trash yesterday! I really thought I would be able to at least walk this weekend, but my cold layed me up more than I thought. I forced myself to REST, but I did do my stretches morning and night. So for the first week, I only did 1/3 workouts, but I think being sick 5 of those days is a reasonable excuse.
This week I probably won't be able to do anything until Thursday as we are having a Bible conference at our church this week. That should be fine though, as I can go to the pool then at least once (hopefully twice) and go on walks one or two times.
Now, as fellow blogger, Ronnica and I agreed to be exercise accountability partners for the new year - I thought it would be helpful to track our progress here.
We'll see how it goes. So far, we've been keeping in touch via email - but maybe making it public will at least shame me into better behavior. Can't speak for Ronnica!
So anyway - chime in whenever you want. If you want us to hold you accountable too - well heck - I'm happy to do it.
I may continue to add other improvement updates - like cute clothes and home improvements - unless it starts to get too confusing.
