Sure, if you'll let me count taking out the trash yesterday! I really thought I would be able to at least walk this weekend, but my cold layed me up more than I thought. I forced myself to REST, but I did do my stretches morning and night. So for the first week, I only did 1/3 workouts, but I think being sick 5 of those days is a reasonable excuse.This week I probably won't be able to do anything until Thursday as we are having a Bible conference at our church this week. That should be fine though, as I can go to the pool then at least once (hopefully twice) and go on walks one or two times.
